Terry Halpern

Terry Halpern founded Neutronics Inc. in 1976 for the purpose of engineering industrial instrumentation solutions for process and environmental needs.
Under Terry’s leadership, Neutronics Inc. grew to become the world’s foremost manufacturer of Refrigerant Analyzers, a global supplier of closed circuit SCBA equipment, and producer of specialized gas measurement instrumentation across multiple industries, from small-scale operations to the Fortune 100.

David Halpern
General Manager
David Halpern joined Neutronics at its inception in 1976. He began his tenure at Neutronics as a Technician and as Neutronics grew he became VP of Operations. David now holds the position of General Manager. He attended Villanova University where he graduated with a BS in Electrical engineering.

Bill Whitehead
CFO
Bill Whitehead joined Neutronics in 1998. He has a BS in Accounting from the Wharton School of Business and an MBA from Northwestern University. Bill has many years of financial experience with private and public manufacturing companies. He is responsible for the financial and administrative areas of the company.
Joe Sosnowski
Neutronics Technology Advisor
Joe Sosnowski has been with the company since 1998. He has a BS in Electronic Physics and has held positions of Design Engineer, Project Engineer, Marketing Manager, General Manager and President at various high tech companies in the aerospace, defense and industrial markets.

Peter Coll
VP of Sales
Peter Coll has been with Neutronics Inc. since 1997 serving in several divisions. He is currently the Vice President of Sales for Neutronics and Biomarine with responsibilities including financial, account management, education and industry leadership for both domestic and international business.

Doug Anderson
Operations Specialist
Doug Anderson has been with the company since 1983 and has served the roles of Mechanical Design Engineer, Principal Engineer, Vice President-Engineering, and Vice President – Biomarine. He is currently the Operations Specialist for Neutronics and Biomarine.

Bill Carlson
Director of Technical Services, Gas Analysis Solutions
Bill Carlson has served in various roles within the Gas Analysis Solutions Division of Neutronics since his start with the company in 1990. In his current role, he provides technical guidance on the design, development and system integration of the oxygen-based ICS inert gas control systems for the Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Paint & Coatings industries.

Steve Morgan
VP Engineering and Technology
Stephen (Steve) Morgan joined Neutronics in 1985 and is currently holding the positions of Vice President, Engineering and Technology for Neutronics Inc. Mr. Morgan’s responsibilities span all three divisions of Neutronics with ultimate responsibility for planning, analyzing and evaluating all phases of engineering programs, plans and procedures including: technology selection and product design, from concept through manufacturing release and aftermarket technical service.
